The presentation will focus on linguistic and cognitive aspects.
We will talk about using the mother tongue to practise language production skills in a foreign language. We will present various ideas for exercises that will make students use grammar structures and vocabulary that they already know but don’t use in speaking.
We will also show you how to engage the student individually or in groups. In order to do that, we will apply tools like analysis of sentences combining a particular grammar point or a vocabulary topic, creating personal dictionaries and learning grammar structures so that students will get the hang of the rules and principles.
